Microsoft Word 2016 & 2019/ 365
Microsoft Word is not just for typing letters anymore! You can publish newsletters, greeting cards, business logos, and many other things from your desktop using Word. Learn formatting shortcuts, layout designs, customizing images, and much more. You need only be comfortable with a computer and mouse.

Mirosoft Excel 2016 & 2019/ 365
Microsoft Excel has become the cornerstone of the modern office. In these courses, you will use Microsoft Excel to manage, edit, and print data. You will create and edit basic Microsoft Excel worksheets and workbooks using basic formulas and formatting, and streamline and enhance your spreadsheets with templates, charts, graphics, and formulas. You will apply visual elements and advanced formulas to a worksheet to display data in various formats. You will also learn to sort and filter data, import and export data, analyze data. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer.
Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 & 2019/ 365
This course covers all PowerPoint has to offer for creating, designing, delivering, and creating handouts for presentations. Students will learn slide layout and design; inserting content on slides; normal, slide sorter and slide show views; slide transition; content animation; inserting tables, charts and creating photo albums; using sound and recordings; preparing for a wide audience using presentation CD and video; and printing handouts. This course can be taken in one long day, or split into two days.

Microsoft Outlook 2016 & 2019/ 365
Are you under the impression that Microsoft Outlook is about e-mail? Well, you're not wrong but if that's all you think it is you are far from being fully accurate! Outlook is a personal information management system that allows you to create, organize and manage information. In this course you will learn how to better manage your information and your time. You'll learn there's more to e-mail, calendars, contacts, tasks and notes than just "Send" or "Save", including a whole set of tools that will make you more efficient and professional.

Microsoft Access 2016 & 2019/ 365
Learn the basics of Access, and how it can be used as an additional tool to Excel. This course covers the fundamentals of data management and database design. You will learn how to design, edit, structure and maintain data tables; set table field properties with LookUp values, Yes/ No values, validation rules, default values, pick-date calendars, and input masks; basic querying – asking questions of the data; basic form design; basic report design; and printing. In addition, you will learn advanced querying with user defined parameters, update and make table queries; find duplicates queries; form controls, layout and design; subforms; calculated fields in a form; and navigation buttons on forms; advanced report design; calculated fields on reports; labels reports; user defined queries reports; database security; and customizing the navigation pane. The Access courses should be taken in sequential order.

Microsoft Office Basics 2016 & 2019/ 365
Don’t let your lack of knowledge of Microsoft Office get in the way of achieving your employment goals! In Office Basics you’ll learn the basics of the 3 most commonly used programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. You’ll see how businesses use Excel to create spreadsheets, and why Word is the easiest way to create a document. Then you’ll have fun creating a PowerPoint presentation on the subject of your choice. You’ll leave with a better understanding of each program and the ability to take what you’ve learned and work toward your career goals.

Microsoft Macros 2016 & 2019/ 365
This course covers automating everyday tasks in Excel. Included are the Developer Tab in the Ribbon; recording, editing and deleting Macros; creating Macro buttons; Macros in a database setting; beginning VBA using the Visual Basic code window. This course is a prerequisite for the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) class. Students attending this class should be advanced Office users.
Microsoft Project 2016 & 2019
In this course, you will use Microsoft Project to plan and manage projects. We will examine tasks, resources, and project timeline and work options. This course is designed to assist those who manage people, materials, or a combination of both, to better oversee uses and allocations of resources and time.


Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud
Want to ‘tweak’ a picture? Correct the red eye, remove a blemish, or change the lighting? That is what this course is for! Students will learn how to make photo corrections using a variety of Adobe’s tools.
Go beyond photo correction and actually change the images in a photo. We will use free transform, image warping, skewing, and other tools to alter images. We will continue working with multiple layers and image rasterizing. We will work with shapes and embedding images in shapes.

Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud
InDesign is a desktop publishing software application. It can be used to create works such as posters, flyers, brochures, magazines, newspapers, and books. In this class students will learn to utilize the many design tools to create flyers, brochures and posters. Students are encouraged to bring a USB drive with personal photos to use in the class, and to save the work done in the class.
